Legal Services for Nepali citizens working abroad
CCLRC provides representation for Nepali citizens working outside of Nepal’s borders. Individuals who register with the CCLRC via the online form will be listed with Nepal’s embassy in the country where they will work, so that CCLRC can be notified in the event legal services are needed. CCLRC will provide representation in the event that a worker faces wage theft, injury, criminal charges or other legal issues. The worker will face no fees for consultation or services, except as required by the Department of Foreign Employment.
