Bharat K. Lakai, LLM, BL - Chief Counsel
Mr. Lakai is an executive member of the Nepal Bar Association, a member of the International Bar Association, a member of the Institute of Directors, India, and has a long tenure of advocating for a variety of clients in the Supreme Court of Nepal. He is a member of the Nepal Council of Arbitration (NEPCA) and is a registered liquidator. Mr. Lakai is an expert in corporate, business and finance law. He received his LLM from the University of Mumbai in India, and his Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Tribhuvan University in Nepal.
Robert Vanwey, JD, MA, CFCE, CFE, CFCI - Chief Consultant
Mr. Vanwey is a former Senior Analyst in the New York State Division of Criminal Justice, USA. His expertise is in investigating financial and electronic crimes, cyber law, open-source intelligence (OSINT), and litigation and discovery preparation. Mr. Vanwey is a Certified Fraud Examiner, Certified Financial Crimes Investigator and a Certified Forensic Computer Examiner. He has guest lectured on cyber-related legal issues in Nepal and the United States. He received his Juris Doctor and Master’s Degree in South and East Asian history from the University at Buffalo in New York.
